Founder of Luella Mae Learning & Advocacy, Natosha is a seasoned special education consultant with over a decade of experience supporting schools in legal compliance, equitable access, and high-quality service delivery.
Her background spans roles from paraprofessional to special education director, with deep expertise in IEP/504 implementation, MTSS, and staff training. A Doctoral Candidate with degrees in both Special Education and Business, she brings strategic and instructional insight to every partnership.
Natosha founded Luella Mae to help school teams move from compliance confusion to confident, student-centered practices—where heart, law, and strategy align.
